Smantania Café is proud to have the Designation of Origin Status, Huila, which  recognizes a delicate profile of bright acidity, medium body, sweet notes and a caramelized fruity aroma, notes of caramel and flowers, as  well as "fragrances of toast and sweet cookies".
The valley of the Magdalena river, the blanket of clouds in the sky of Huila protects the coffee plantations from the sun's rays that grow without stress during much of the year, maturing a balanced and sweet coffee, the cup is characterized by: fragrance and aroma of panela , chocolate or red fruits, orange or mandarin.
